  • BoM to review ByLaws to establish a reference for updates and modification for a unified governance stucture.
  • Interim Board of Members to start developing recommendations for unifying the governance structure for MHS and MSS
  • WASC team to extract policy statements from existing MSS documents for review by BoM, interim Board, etc.

  • Director to research options for financial policies and establish a reference for developing financial policies and procedures.
  • Director to gather expertise to look at formalizing a teacher improvement program that takes advantage of existing "free" resources such as the McREL/REL Pacific effort.
  • Director to trial direct individual staff improvement programs using compensation based incentives.
  • Director to establish interim hiring "policy" utilizing the existing contracting process.

  • WASC Team to recommend statistics reports using MSS data for consideration and review by school leadership and staff
